  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
  • Tracking Number Issued: Within 3–5 business days of shipment. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
  • Estimated Delivery (USA): 7–15 business days from shipment date.
  • Estimated Delivery (International): 14–30 business days from shipment date.

Yes! It can take 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to show updates. Please check again after that window.

My order shows delivered but I haven't received it.

First, check around your delivery location and with neighbors or building management. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date.

I ordered multiple items — why do I have separate tracking numbers?

Orders with multiple items may ship from different supplier warehouses and arrive separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number sent to your email.
