Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns, deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more.
- Damaged items due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Digital products or downloadable content.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@magsafetech.store with your order number and photos. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit at no additional cost — including return shipping.
Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for a different variant (e.g., color or size) of the same product within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no cost.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 2 business days.
- If approved, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee and original shipping cost) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- For low-value items, we may offer a refund without requiring a physical return — contact us to discuss.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@magsafetech.store.
How to Initiate a Return

- We'll respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
