Thank you for shopping at Magsafetech.store. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully so you know what to expect when ordering your MagSafe accessories.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has shipped.

During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Timeframes

We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders β€” the threshold will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email within 3–5 business days of shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with the latest information.

Third-Party Fulfillment

Our products are fulfilled and shipped by trusted third-party suppliers. Items may ship from international warehouses, including locations in the United States and Asia. This allows us to offer a wide selection of premium MagSafe accessories at competitive prices.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different supplier warehouses and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you are unsure about your country's import regulations, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days past the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@magsafetech.store with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Magsafetech.store is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
